Je me disais bien, c'était bizarre que tu n'y ais pas encore mis les pattes.

Je me permets de reprendre une news postée par Pablitta sur le forum Sparks.

Voici une trentaine de secondes extraites du tout nouveau titre de Sparks. La chanson a été créée pour la tournée Two Hands One Mouth.
La version complète (5'30) sortira en édition limitée, en vinyle, picture disc, 10".

Le 10 ", c’est le format de nos vieux 25 cm (ancêtres du 30 cm/12’’) des années 50 et débuts années 60.

L'objet ne sera vendu que lors des concerts de la tournée.

Il comportera une B-Side avec un autre nouveau titre, "Mr Hulot".

Finalement il passe en France ?

Pas pour le moment, ils ont pas dû trouver de salle à Paris.

Pour la première fois, sortie d'un live de Sparks.
Il est issu de la tournée européenne TWO HANDS ONE MOUTH qui s'est déroulée fin 2012.

Voici les détails :

Sparks release a 2 CD souvenir of their recent ‘Two Hands One Mouth’ European tour that saw the American brothers perform as a duo for the first time. With no band & no computers, Ron (two handson keyboards) and Russell (one mouthon vocals) presented the very essence of Sparks and their extensive catalogue in a show of impact, energy and aggression. This unique performance is now available on what will be Sparks’ first live album.

Ron and Russell explain:
“This is the first ever official live recording of Sparks. The ‘Two Hands One Mouth’ tour in Europe, from which these recordings were taken (the tour continued in Japan and soon America), has been an exceptional experience for us and, judging by the reaction and feedback, also a memorable and emotional event for Sparks' fans. As a result, we want to celebrate the event with a souvenir for all Sparks' fans that captures this tour and the unique format of the performance. While we began the tour with certain fears of not having the safety net of a band or computers, we soon realized that the format was wildly successful (for us and for the audience) in highlighting in the purest form the core elements of what Sparks has always been--our musical world conveyed through our songs and our vocals and performed in a most aggressive way. What seemed to always set us apart was, we think, made emphatic in this format.

We don't consider this album as a substitute for Sparks' next studio recording, but rather as a special souvenir of an event that, as most Sparks fans will know, will most likely be followed by our moving in some different and, we hope, puzzling new direction. Until then, here is/are Two Hands One Mouth.”

Foret National à Bruxelles et six mois plus tôt je les avait vu au Cirque Royal toujours à Bruxelles ....à la même époque j'avais déjà assisté aux concerts de Slade , Mud , Garry Glitter , Cockney Rebel , Roxy Music ou Suzy Quatro entre autre , un seul regret j'ai jamais vu Bowie/ziggy sur scène

C'est ça, la Belgique. Toujours plus ouverte que la France sur le plan musical . C'est pour ça qu'ils y venaient, ils savaient qu'ils y auraient une écoute.
