Quinlan Road is happy to announce that, in addition to Loreena's 2009 Mediterranean Tour, Loreena will be performing at Canadian music festivals this summer.


July 10, TBC
July 11, The Cisco Ottawa Bluesfest (Ottawa, Ontario)
July 24, Hillside Festival (Guelph, Ontario)
July 26, The Calgary Folk Music Festival (Calgary, Alberta)

She will be accompanied by an outstanding group of musicians, including Clive Deamer, Simon Edwards, Ben Grossman, Brian Hughes, Caroline Lavelle, Rich Lazar, Jon Pilatzke and Donald Quan.

Please note the above dates are general admission and Loreena will be performing a set of approximately 90 minutes. Her start time in the lineup of artists is also to be confirmed. Please contact the individual festivals directly for more information about the venues, ticket prices and other details.

Désolé, je ne connais pas du tout le Canada, et je ne me rend pas compte des distances dans cet immense pays!

Calgary est à 3700 km de Montréal.
Ottawa, environ 200 seulement. Quand même loin pour un concert...

Les 200 bornes pour un concert je l'ai fait facilement pour un concert même sur le vieux continent. Si j'attend de voire autre chose que la variété française au Zenith de Strasbourg je suis arrière grand père avant. Donc je me déplace en Allemagne ou à Paris (450 bornes tout de même).

Je comprends, j'étais prête à aller à l'autre bout du Canada pour aller voir Bert Jansch. Mais je doute qu'il y ait des mordus de Loreena à ce point ici.

je n ai qu un album de Loreena,celui où figure Two trees et j aime beaucoup..très hypnotique et répétitif ce qui peut sembler lassant parfois..j en écouterai pas 3 h d affilée,mais c 'est une approche très cérébrale et sensuelle je trouve
