If you’re talking about the best, most exciting on-the-rise genre directors in the world, at the top of your list might be Nicolas Winding Refn. But nipping at his heels very closely is English filmmaker Ben Wheatley known for “Kill List,” “Sightseers” and “A Field in England.” Wheatley’s been working at a quick clip and his latest film is an adaptation of J.G. Ballard's 1975 psycho and bloody novel "High-Rise” about a luxury apartment complex where the tenants, isolated from the rest of society, fall into class warfare and clash violently between the floors of their building.
